A doula is a non-medical professional who supports individuals and families through different life transitions: death and grief, pregnancy and birth, surgery recovery, disability, and more. I am trained as a birth and postpartum doula, a death doula, and have developed my own practice as a disability doula and surgery doula. This work has come from my interpersonal relationships and is shaped by my professional experience in clinical and social services settings. I’m also trained in as a mental health first responder with a focus in de-escalation and avoiding police involvement, restorative justice, and community accountability processes. All of my lived experience culminates in my doula practice. I would love to support you and yours.
I work on a sliding fee scale. Each potential client will have a 30 minute consultation call with me. You can fill out my intake form here. Please note that my doula services are not a replacement for professional medical, legal, or financial advice. Payment plans and barter are available, depending on your needs and mine.
